We are passionate about coaching and mentoring. We’ve had the privilege of being coached and mentored by some of the best minds out there. And we experienced first hand the difference it makes to how you approach most things in life – from analysing a problem from different perspectives, finding solutions that have a win-win focus to aspiring for higher goals.
Few years ago, we decided we wanted to share our passion and knowledge. We started to coach smart, intelligent individuals who wanted to study MBA at some of the best business schools around the world because solid coaching is the bridge between aspirations and achievement. Our success stories further reinforce our belief.

Meet The Team
Deepthi has over 10 years of experience working for companies in the technology and financial services space. Having worked in diverse roles and functions, such as strategy, innovation and research, Deepthi has solid understanding of the career road maps that applicants could consider after their MBA.
At ISB, Deepthi was part of ISB Admissions Core Committee, one of two students chosen from the entire student body in 2012. Deepthi is also an interviewer on ISB’s interview panels, evaluating applicants to ISB’s Post Graduate Programme.
As a marketing mentor Prayukth has helped many start-ups find their marketing feet. “That’s one way you can learn and ensure that you don’t park yourself into a comfort zone at any stage of your career. We grow with challenges and when challenges don’t find you, you go find them,” he says.
In addition to holding leadership certifications from IIMB and XLRI, Prayukth is a trained journalist.
Kittu takes her role as the CMO real seriously.
Pin drop silence or sudden absence from a room generally means Kittu is busy at work whipping up dollops of mischief.
Kittu loves to clown around and when not busy pranking about, she could be found curled up asleep in a variety of positions all designed to make her look like an atrociously adorable little angel.
